1 1/2 POUNDS FLANK STEAK
1/4 CUP CORNSTARCH
2 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
1/2 TEASPOON GARLIC, MINCED
3/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
3/4 CUP WATER
3/4 CUP LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
1 CUP GRATED CARROTS

1. THINLY SLICE FLANK STEAK INTO STRIPS
2. ADD TOGETHER STEAK AND CORNSTARCH TO A LARGE RESEALABLE BAG.
THEN SHAKE IT THOROUGHLY TO EVENLY COAT THE STEAK.
3. ADD THE OLIVE OIL, SOY SAUCE, GARLIC, WATER, BROWN SUGAR, AND
CARROTS INTO SLOW COOKER, NEXT COMBINE IT ALL TOGETHER. THEN
ADD COATED STEAK AND MIX IT ALL TOGETHER UNTIL EVERYTHING IS
COATED IN SAUCE.
4. COOK IN THE SLOW COOKER FOR 4-5 HOURS LOW HEAT OR 2-3 HOURS ON
HIGH HEAT. MEAL IT READY WHEN FLANK STEAK IS TENDER. SERVE OVER
RICE OR NOODLES OR MASHED POTATOES.
