1 pkg Pilsbury 8 count regular (not grands) Biscuits
6 eggs
1 pkg peppered gravy mix
1 lb. sausage (any flavor works)
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup milk
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease 9X13 baking pan and preheat oven to 350º
2. Cook sausage in a skillet and drain grease
3. Cut the biscuits into small pieces. About 4 pieces per biscuit.
4. Line the bottom of your prepared pan with the biscuit pieces.
5. Spread the cooked sausage on top of the biscuit dough pieces.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sausage.
7. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together, adding salt/pepper as desired.
8. Pour egg mixture over the shredded cheese.
9. Prepare gravy according to package directions and pour over the egg mixture.
10. Place pan into preheated oven and bake for 35-40 min. or until egg/biscuits are cooked.

this is good but I didn't like using the grands biscuits because it made it dry. Also you could add a little onion and bell pepper if you desire
