Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was Mama's recipe. As a teenager learning to cook full meals, I mistakenly used peach PICKLES instead of regular canned peaches to make a peach cobbler. It was quite odd! Steve, however, complimented me profusely and even ate seconds. That's when I realized his culinary taste runs to the experimental. Hence, the many exotic food gifts that have turned up under the Christmas tree in years past: assorted chocolate covered insects, cream of slug soup, Spam flavored candy canes, and more adventures to come.
