1package of beef stew meat about 2 lbs.
2 cans of french onion soup
1 Tbsp minced garlic
salt & pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of onion soup
½ container of 1lb. sour cream
1(12oz.) package egg noodles
1 package grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
add stew meat to crockpot. Pour in 2 cans of french onion soup. Add 1 Tbsp minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low 8 hrs. add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup or 1 can of cream of onion soup. stir in 8oz. sour cream. Add 1 bag grated parmesan cheese. Boil 1 bag egg noodles--drain and add to crockpot. Stir up crockpot and cook additional 30 min.
