1 1/2 C Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
4 Oz Cream Cheese
1 Egg
1 1/4 C Almond Flour
1 t Baking Powder

Set oven to 400 F
In microwave bowl, place Mozzarella Cheese and Cream Cheese. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave 1 additional minute. Add slightly beaten egg and stir to combine. Add almond flour and baking powder. Stir to form a dough. If too stiky to handle, add more flour. Divide into four equal portions and form into balls. Place on pan lined with parchment paper. Place in oven and bake 15-20 minutes until well browned. When finished baking, you can slice into. You can toast buns if desired. Fill with hamburger or other sandwich ingredients.
