2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. + 1 1/2 tsp. cold milk
9 T. salad oil

Directions:
Sift flour and salt into bowl. Pour milk and salad oil in same cup. Don't stir. Add all at once to flour. Stir lightly with fork until well mixed. Form into 2 smooth balls with hands. Roll out between waxed paper.

I never could get the right touch to make Mama's pie crust, so found a recipe that's easier to handle. It's always worked for me!
