BASE:
½ cup sweet or regular butter
1 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar

Combine above ingredients. Press into greased 10” spring form pan
Bake @ 350, 15 minutes or just until turning color. Cool

FILLING:
2 pkgs of 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup sugar, divided
5 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till frothy. Add ¼ cup of the sugar and beat until stiff. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese well, add remaining sugar. Beat in egg yolks one at a time. Add ¼ of the stiff whites to lighten it. Fold in remaining whites than spread on base.

Bake at 350 for one hour or until it looks set and browned. Top HOT cake with sour cream mixture.

Topping: Optional or just decorate with Fruit
Mix together and spread on hot cake:
1 small sour cream (250ml)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp sugar – can reduce or omit
