2 pkg. green jello
2 c. hot water
8 oz. cream chees (or Neufchatel)
1 can crushed pineapple (or pineapple tidbits)
1 c. cold water
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 2 cups water to boil, add Jello, and stir for 2 minutes until dissolved.

Add chunks of cream cheese and mash with fork to pulverize and mix into Jello mixture.

Add pineapple, cold water, and pecans.

Chill until set.

We loved this recipe so much that Aunt Katy made it frequently when the Rhodes clan got together. Simple, but still delicious.
