1/2 onion, chopped
margarine
flour tortillas (or corn)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 c. chopped chicken
1 jar mild salsa (or Ro-Tel)
1 c. sour cream
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté 1/2 onion in margarine. Mick in chicken, soup, and 1/2 of salsa/Ro-Tel.

Wrap in tortillas and lay in a long Pyrex casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

Mix sour cream and other half of salsa/Ro-Tel. Spread over the enchiladas. Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350º until bubbly.
