1 lb. lean ground beef
24 ounces gnocchi
12 ounces baby Portobello mushrooms
1 onion, diced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 (15-ounce) can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and start a large pot of salted water for boiling dumplings.
2. Heat large pan on medium-high heat. Once heated, add butter and oil.
3. Once butter is melted, add mushrooms and onion and cook until mushrooms have softened, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Add the garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine and cook 1 to 2 minutes until you can smell garlic coming from pan.
5. Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
6. DRAIN and return pan to stovetop.
7. Add cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and let simmer 2 minutes.
8. While beef mixture simmers, add gnocchi to boiling water. Gnocchi is done when it floats to the top.
9. Add the beef mixture and the gnocchi to a greased 9X13 baking dish. Stir everything together. Top with shredded Swiss cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
10. Remove foil and broil for a few minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
