Directions:
Line a square Pyrex pan with aluminum foil.

In a 1-quart Pyrex measuring cup with handle, combine chips, Eagle Brand milk, and salt. Cook in microwave on full power for 1 minute -- stir--1 more minute -- stir -- 1 minute more -- stir.

When the mixture is completely melted and smooth, add vanilla and nuts. Stir again and spread in foil-lined pan.

Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board; peel off the foil, and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Makes about 2 pounds.
