CRUST
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter

FILLING
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs-slightly beaten
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon rind

GLAZE
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST
Combine flour, powdered sugar & salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press into an 8 inch square pan. Bake @ 325º for 15 minutes.

FILLING
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, lemon juice & rind. Spread over baked crust. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes. Cool and frost with glaze.

GLAZE
Blend until smooth. May be refrigerated.
