1 lb beef sirloin steak tips cut into very thin strips
8 oz linguine, uncooked (or rice noodles)
3 cups frozen broccoli florets
3 medium carrots, peeled sliced
2 t sesame oil
1/2 c Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
1/4 c teriyaki sauce
1 t corn starch
1 T fresh grated ginger
1/3 c roasted chopped peanuts or cashews

To prepare for freezing:
1. bag steak
2. Whisk together and put in quart size baggie: Italian dressing, teriyaki sauce, corn starch, ginger
3. Bag chopped nuts in a snack size baggie
4. Bag up frozen broccoli but keep carrots uncut in the refrigerator. They will last 2 weeks or so.
5. Put all in a larger gallon size freezer bag

Plan to eat this meal within 2 weeks of cooking day. Thaw in the Refrigerator. Peel and cut carrots. Prepare Fettuccini add broccoli and carrots in the last 2 minutes to the boiling water. While water is boiling, Brown meat in a large wok or skillet. Stir in dressing mixture until it thickens. Add pasta and vegis to the wok or skillet; toss together. Sprinkle with nuts
