8 to 10 hard boiled eggs cut in half lengthwise
4 T. butter
4 T. flour
1½ cups of milk
½ cup of heavy cream
¾ t. of salt
¼ t. of pepper
¼ t. of nutmeg
¾ cup of gruyere cheese
½ cup of parmesan cheese

Directions:

Arrange cut eggs in a buttered baking dish. Top each egg with little chunks of the gruyere cheese.
In a sauce pan, melt butter, then whisk in flour and milk.
Add cream and seasoning.
Add the rest of the gruyere cheese and pour over the eggs.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top of the eggs and sauce.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until the eggs are lightly browned on top.
