1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. lemon juice
a small graham cracker crust
6 T. sugar for meringue
Directions:
Directions:
Put egg yolks in milk; add lemon juice and beat with mixer. Place in graham cracker crust and bake 10 minutes at 325º.

Meringue: Beat egg white until soft peaks form. Slowly add 2 T. sugar per egg white.

Spread meringue over filling and back until golden brown on top.
