2 lbs. Round steak sliced into thin rectangles
2 Green peppers
14.5 oz. can Stewed Tomatoes
Lawry's Seasoning
Flour
1 cup Beef broth
1 cup white rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat strips in flour seasoned with Lawry's. Brown meat in one tbsp olive oil. Add Green Pepper that has been sliced into thin strips with the Stewed Tomatoes and Beef Broth. Simmer till tender.

Top over White Rice.
