Sliced squash

4½ c water
¼ c sugar
¼ c Apple Cider Vinegar
One batch of above for every 6 pint jars prepped.

Directions:
Directions:
Layer squash into prepped jars, with ½ tsp salt for pints and 1 tsp salt for quarts.
Bring juice to a boil and pour over squash in jars leaving 1" headroom.
Make sure to get out air bubbles.
Clean rims, place lids and water bath for 10 min.

When ready to use rinse 3-4 times and fry as normal.
