Ingredients: Big Mac: 1 lb. ground beef 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper 1/2 cup diced onion 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 16 ounces cabbage, thinly shredded 16 dill pickle slices 1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled (optional)
Special Sauce: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 4 tablespoons dill pickle relish 2 tablespoons yellow mustard 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:Big Mac: 1. In a skillet over medium-high heat brown the ground beef. As it cooks add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 2. When it is almost cooked through add the onions and continue cooking until the ground beef is cooked through and the onions are translucent. Drain the grease and set aside. 3. In the same skillet add a small amount of olive oil and the shredded cabbage. Sauté until cabbage is slightly softened. Salt and pepper to taste. 4. Divide the cabbage between 4 bowls, top each with a 1/4 portion of the ground beef. 5. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and top with 4 pickle slices each. 6. Pour the special sauce over each bowl and serve.
SPECIAL SAUCE 1. In a small bowl whisk together all of the ingredients and set aside. |
