Thin Crust Pizza

2 cups Flour
3/4 cups hot water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant dry yeast

Mix ingredients together. Divide into 2 balls. Roll out to make 2 pizza pies. I roll them super thin.

**I flavor the edge with olive oil and garlic salt.
Then spread the marinara on it and bake it for 5-6 min at 450..
Then put the cheese and toppings on it and bake again for another 5-6 min.

Then voila, it's done, delicious and disappears quickly.

**No need to let dough rise.

This works wonderfully with Buffalo sauce and chicken. That is a favorite for many.
I also do a variation where I don't use marinara and I spread the olive oil and garlic salt over the entire crust. Bake it, then add the cheese and toppings and bake again.

***This summer we did the first bake in the oven and the second bake in our smoker. This by far surpasses any pizza we've ever eaten anywhere! The smoky flavor is just amazing!
