3/4 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tbsp orange peel
2 cups of plain flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp margarine
1 cup of grated mild cheddar cheese
3/4 cup of orange juice
1 egg well beaten

Mix all of the above ingrediants with mixer. Grease large loaf pan and bake @350 for 60 minutes or 3 mini loaves for 45 minutes. Use toothpick to check the center to see if done.
