8 cups riced potatoes (russet is best)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream
1 Tblsp. salt
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cook. Drain then rice twice through a ricer. Add butter, cream and salt. LET COOL COMPLETELY. Mix in flour. Roll into valls about the size of tennis balls or smaller. Keep balls of dough in the frig, taking them out one at a time to roll paper thin. Bake on a hot griddle or frying pan until lightly bubbled brown.
