8 ears corn
1 stick butter
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon flour
Black pepper to taste
1/4 cup Bacon grease or 1/4 cup butter
½ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut kernels off cob, scrape each cob with back of knife place in bowl, add salt pepper, flour and milk. In skillet, melt grease about ¼ cup and/or a half stick of butter. Add corn and scrapings to skillet and cook on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Can be frozen.
