1 - 15 oz can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
¾ cup water
3 cups sugar
3½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp ginger

1. Grease and flour three 7 x 3 in or twp 9 x 4 inch loaf pans
2. In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a seperate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.
3. Bake for about 50 minutes in a 350ºF oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
