2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. flour
½ c. sugar
½ c. vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. light cream
⅓ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in saucepan (except water), cook over low heat stirring with a whisk until desired thickness. If to thick add the water.
Serve hot or cold with pork loin or ham.

* Vinegar should be 5 grain or less in strength.
