1 lb ground beef
1/3 c dried bread crumbs
3 T grated onion
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 egg beaten

Sauce:
1 pkg McCormick's brown gravy (.87 oz)
2 T burgundy Wine
1 Medium onion, sliced in rings
1 t beef base
8oz fresh sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare for freezing: Combine beef and next 5 ingredients. Form beef into patties. Bag in a quart size baggie.

Sauté onions, set aside. In a the same sauce pan, mix gravy according to package instructions then add wine, beef base, mushrooms and the sautéed onions place in a quart size freezer bag. Put all bags in a Gallon size freezer bag. Freeze

Thaw in refrigerator. Brown patties in a skillet and season with salt and pepper. Add Onion/ gravy mixture. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15- 18 minutes ( turning patties occasionally)
