Ingredients:  
1 large onion
1 green pepper
1 jalapeno
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomatoes and green chilies
3 c. cooked chicken or pork
2 c. crumbled tortilla chips
5 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion, pepper, & jalapeno pepper.
Add garlic, chili powder, and oregano.
Sauté together for 8 minutes
Add the soups (undiluted) & tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
Add chicken or pork, chips, & cilantro mix well
Spoon into a 13" X 9" prepared baking dish
Bake 350º for 30 minutes
Remove from oven sprinkle cheese over top return for 3-5 minutes or until browned.
