Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 pieces Hillshire Farm® Premium Carved Slow Roasted Seasoned Ham
2 very large baking potatoes
⅓ cup sour cream
¼ cup whole milk
2 tbso. butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup shredded aged cheddar cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Wash the potatoes, poke each one a few times with a fork, and microwave until fully cooked (about 8-10 minutes depending on your microwave.) Cut the potatoes in half and carefully scoop out the cooked potato inside. Put the cooked potato into a large bowl. Add the sour cream, milk, and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mash everything together using a potato masher or fork. Fold in half of the aged cheddar cheese. Lay two pieces of Hillshire Farm® Premium Carved Slow Roasted Seasoned Ham side by side in each empty potatoes half so they come up the sides and poke out a bit. Divide the potato mixture between the four potatoes, spooning it on top of the ham. Top with the remaining cheddar. Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are hot.
