2 boiled fryers
9 ounce package of spaghetti (thin)
8 ounce package American cheese or Velveeta
8 ounce package of cheddar
1 to 2 cans of diced Rotel
1 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup with 1⅓ cans of water
Variation: add four cups of Monterrey Jack cheese instead of Velveeta and cheddar and drop bell pepper

Boil fryers for 30 minutes. Leave chickens in broth in refrigerator over night. Remove the chicken and boil spaghetti in heated chicken broth. Bone, skin, and chop chicken. Add onion, cheeses and bell pepper. Add soup, water to dilute soup and chopped chicken to cheese and spaghetti mixture. Makes 2 large casseroles. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes. If frozen (to use later) it will take longer to bake.
