1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. warm milk (scalded)
1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. butter (melted)
3 eggs - lightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together milk, butter, sugar and eggs. When cool enough add yeast that has been dissolved in warm water. Stir in flour and salt. Will be stiff. Put in refrigerator covered with saran wrap overnight. Roll out 1/4" thick circle. Cut into triangles and roll up into crescents. Let rise to about double. Bake at 400 until lightly brown.
