Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups large flake oats (rolled)
1 ½ cup barley flakes
½ cup oat bran
1 cup unsweetened coconut
½ tsp salt
1 cup chopped hazelnuts
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup oil
¼ cup water
⅔ cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup dried cranberries

Optional - Ginger/Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cranberries.

Bake in 250 degree oven.

Stir every 15 minutes

Takes about 3-4 hours.

Add dried cranberries.
