Ingredients:  
1 pkg. ground beef
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
dash white pepper
1 onion, chopped
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef, then onion. Add remaining ingredients and place in covered casserole dish. Bake for about 1 hour at 350º.
