1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1 15 oz. can Mandarin oranges
1 c. Maraschino cherries
1 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. mini marshmallow
1 c. sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 c. sour crea

1 c heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:

1. Place pineapple and oranges in a strainer and set aside, approximately 45 minutes to drain. Drain cherries, rinse in cold water and set aide with other fruits to drain.

2. Using a stand or hand mixer, whip heavy cream, sugar and vanilla until still peaks are formed Fold in half of sour cream until mixed then add remaining sour cream careful not to deflate whipped cream. Add coconut and marshmallow to mixture and stir gently.

3. Add in fruit and nuts, stirring to incorporate. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
