1 pound ground pork
1 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1 3/4 tsp dried parsley
1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp ground garlic
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Cheese mixture
2 cups Ricotta cheese
4 tbsp dried parsley
1 egg
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

12 lasagna noodles cooked
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
36 oz pasta sauce
1 diced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Cook lasagna noodles and rinse with cold water and set aside.

Mix seasoning with pork and then brown.

Combine cheese mixture ingredients.

Mix seasoning with the pork and brown. Drain grease. Add onion and garlic and cook a few minutes longer. Add pasta sauce and Simmer for 5 minutes.

Using a 9x13 pan add a layer of sauce. Place three lasagna noodles on sauce. Place a layer of cheese mixture. Repeat the sauce, noodle, cheese mixture two more times. Then add last layer of noodles and the last of sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and add the 2 cups mozzarella and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
