1/4 bag Spinach & Mozzarella Ravioli
1/4 Parmesan & herb packet
30 oz. Marinara sauce
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Kosher salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º F.
2) Cook ravioli according to cooking instructions on bag*; set aside and keep warm.
3) Cover the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish with marinara sauce, about 1/2 cup.
4) Spread out half the cooked ravioli atop the sauce. Cover ravioli with another thin layer of marinara sauce, then top with half the mozzarella cheese.
5) Place the next layer of the remaining cooked ravioli on top of mozzarella; cover ravioli with another layer of marinara, then cover with remaining mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan & Herb mix atop mozzarella.
6) Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until cheese is slightly browned, melted and bubbly.
7) Remove from oven and set aside to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

*Cook frozen ravioli in 3 quarts of gently boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Drain well. Gently toss in olive oil.
