Ingredients:  
4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Franks's RedHot Original Seasoning Blend
2 Tbsp.'s. Panko Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Dressing
2 scallions (diced and use white parts)
4 Tbsp.'s Blue Cheese Dressing
1 Tbsp. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave butter to melt
Add panko Bread Crumbs, Seasoning Blend, salt and pepper
Pat chicken dry with paper towels - sprinkle with salt and pepper
Brush on Sour Cream in a thin layer
Dip brushed sides of chicken into panko mixture, pressing to adhere
Place chicken coated sides up on a lightly oiled baking sheet
Roast chicken on middle rack until browned and cooked through (165 degrees)
Rest


While chicken is cooking
Combine Blue Cheese Dressing, Sour Cream and White scallions

Dress chicken with dressing
