Leftover carcass and bones
1 onion loosely chopped
1 rib celery rough chop
1 carrot rough chop
1 bay leaf
1 sprig parsley
1 sprig thyme
Salt to taste
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Put leftover chicken carcass, skin, bones, cooking juices in slow cooker.
Add ingredients on top of bones. Fill almost to the top with tap water leave about 1/2 inch at top.
Low for 8-10 hours. Cool.
Strain stock.
Freeze in 1-2 c portions
