1/3 c. Brown Sugar 1 T. Sugar 1 t. Cinnamon 1/4 c. Butter melted 2/3 c. Flour

1/2 c. Butter softened 1/2 c. Brown Sugar 1/4 c. Sugar 2 Eggs 1/2 c. Yogurt 1 3/4 c. Flour 1 t. Baking Powder 1 t. Baking Soda 1/2 t. Cinnamon 1/8 t. Allspice 1/2 t. Salt 3 T. Milk 1 1/2 c. Diced Peaches
Glaze 1 c. Confectioners Sugar 3 T. Cream or Milk ½ t. Vanilla

Directions: |
Directions:First, make the crumb topping. Mix ingredients until crumbly. Preheat oven to 425º and spray muffin tins. To make muffins beat butter for 1 minute, add sugars and beat for 2 minutes until creamed. Then add yogurt, vanilla, and eggs continue to beat. Slowly add dry ingredients and continue to mix. Slowly fold in chopped peaches. Pour batter into muffin tin then top with strudel topping. Gently press topping into the muffin. Bake at 425° for 5 minutes. Then turn oven down to 350° and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. After they cool top with the glaze. |
