1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup granulated white sugar
2 eggs
1 TSP vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 TSP baking powder
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F and line a square 9-inch pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix butter and white sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs, baking powder, vanilla, and cocoa. Mix until combined.
4. Add flour and mix until smooth.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Pour into pan.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
