Pie crust or graham cracker crust
1 1/2 cups pecan pieces/crushed
1/2 cup pecan halves
3/4 cup corn syrup
3 large eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 TSP vanilla extract
2 TBSP butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make graham cracker pie crust and bake it for 12 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350*F.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, corn syrups, brown sugar, butter, and 1 1/2 crushed pecans.
4. Pour filling into pie crust.
5. Arrange 1/2 cup pecan halves in concentric circles on top.
6. Bake for 20 minutes. Filling rises a little when baking.
7. Cover pie with tin foil and continue baking for 40 minutes or until filling is set.
8. Let cool for 1 hour.
