1/3 c chili powder
1/2 c salt
1/3 c sugar
2 qts warm water
1 1/2 lb frozen lg shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Med bowl blend salt, sugar, chile powder in the warm water. Add frozen shrimp and let stand at room temp 20 min.
Drain shrimp and pat dry.
Then saute the shrimp in 3-4 T oil


Dry brine for 1 hour: Air dry
1 t salt
1/4 t baking soda
Pinch sugar

Or can use Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
