1/2 t. Smoked Paprika
1/4 t. Sea Salt
1 t. Dijon Mustard

2 c. Pasta (elbow macaroni, penne pasta, bowtie pasta)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and sauce pan. When butter has melted add flour and whisk for 1 minute. Had 1/4 cup of milk and whisk, continue to add milk by 1/4 cups until desired consistency. Continue to whisk until there are no lumps and it is smooth. Then add garlic, paprika, salt, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Takes a roux off of the heat and add the cheese whisking constantly until the cheese is melted. Stir in cooked pasta and cover with shredded parmesan and gouda. Allow 5 minutes to settle and serve. If you don't use smoked Gouda, it could easily be smoked in the smoker.

Personal Notes:
Kelly and I went for a fall drive down Spearfish canyon to see the leaves. We stopped to eat at the Latchstring Restaurant and this was on the menu. It was absolutely delicious. As soon as we got home, I looked up a recipe so we could make it ourselves.
