1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
¼ cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
¾ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
¼ cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly. Add eggs, milk, and oil. Mix until smooth.
Pour into greased 9X9 inch baking pan. Bake at 400˚F for 20-25 minutes.
