1 white or yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Topping:
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together cake mix, oranges with juice, eggs and oil, until thoroughly blended.

Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes in a 9x13 pan.

When cake is cool, prepare topping. Blend together instant pudding and crushed pineapple with juice until no dry pudding remains. Then fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake.

Keep refrigerated. Serves 12
