1 (3-ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip non-dairy whipped topping
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions:

1. Combine dry pudding mix and pineapple (with its juice) in a large mixing bowl; stir until mixed.
2. Add marshmallows and pecans; stir.
3. Add Cool Whip and fold in until well combined.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
