12 oz. cream cheese
½ cup butter
1½ cups flour

½ lb. minced mushrooms
1 large onion, minced
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. thyme leaves
2 Tbsp. flour
¼ cup sour cream
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
At least two hours before serving, beat cream cheese, butter & flour together in large bowl, use mixer at medium speed. Wrap dough in waxed paper. Refrigerate one hour or more.
In skillet over medium heat, sauté onions, and mushrooms in 3 Tbsp. butter. Stir in seasoning, and flour. Add sour cream.
Roll out; cut into circles; dot with mushroom mixture. Fold over & seal brush with egg.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 450ºF.
