1 c. M&M's
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Reserve 1/3 c. candy for decorating the top of the cookie. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; mix well. Beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour mixture; mix well. Stir in M&M's. Place dough in center of 13" or 15" round baking stone or pizza pan. Roll out dough to 11" circle. Decorate with reserved candies. Bake 16-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely. Carefully loosen cookie from baking stone with serrated bread knife. Cut into wedges to serve.

We usually add more M&M's on the top than what the recipe calls for. For special occasions, you can use frosting and decorate the cookie as desired.
