4 egg qhites
2/3 sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/8 t. salt
1/2 t. almond extract
4 c. shredded coconut
1/4 c. chopped red candied cherries
1/4 c. chopped green candied cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and lightly flour
cookie sheets. In medium bowl, beat egg whites until
foamy. Add sugar, flour, salt and extract; blend well.
Stir in coconut and candied cherries. Drop by
tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheets. Bake
13-17 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately
remove from cookie sheets.
