1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 T. milk
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweeted chocolate, melted and
cooled
2 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/4 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream shortening and
sugar well. Beat in egg and milk. Stir in chocolate.
Gradually blend in flour and salt. Fill cookie press and
bake 8-10 minutes.
