6 eggs
1/2 cup corn syrup
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat eggs by hand until blended but not frothy. Add next 6 ingredients and blend.
Add melted butter and blend. Put raisins in bottom on tart shell and cover with topping mix.
Bake for 25 minutes

Make as many tarts as you want and store remaining topping in jar in refrigerator.
Can double topping if desired . Keeps well in refrigerator fo 2 month. Before using from
refrigerator I heat in microwave 30 seconds and stir.
