1 jumbo Vidalia Onion
1 T butter
1 Beef bouillon cube
1 dash of salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Core the onion. Fill the hollow with salt, pepper, bouillon cube, and butter. Wrap in foil and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Do not overbake. Onions may be prepared ahead of time and placed in your freezer. Take them out as you need them and place them in the oven frozen (do not thaw) for baking.
